Ingredients
- 2 11 OZ CANS Mexican corn, drained
- 1 can chopped chilies, mild
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2/3 cup Parmesean cheese
- 1 cup Mayo

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients. Spray 9X13" pan with cooking spray and pour in mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with Scoops.
