Almond Pie Crust
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups finely chopped blanched almonds
Preheat ove to 375f. Beat egg whites until foamy the add cream of tartar. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat until stiff and glossy. Fold in almonds and press into an oiled 10 inch pie pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or lightly browned.
