Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 tea. salt
- pinch pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in skillet. When the butter foam subsides, add the cream cheese and cook, stirring, until melted, about 45 seconds.
Stir in the eggs, salt and pepper and cook until the eggs are set.
