PEACH COBBLER

• 3/4 stick Butter
• 3/4 C Flour
• 1 C Sugar
• 2 t Baking Powder
• 1/4 t Salt
• 3/4 C Milk
• 2 C Sliced Peaches

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter into a deep casserole dish.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & milk into another dish. Pour into the middle of the casserole dish on top of the melted butter.
DO NOT STIR OR MIX TOGETHER. Mix the peaches with a little cinnamon & sugar if desired. Pour them on tope of the batter in the middle & again
do not stir. Bake @ 350* for 1 hour or until the batter is no longer doughey.
