Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb. frying chicken cut into pieces or 3 lbs. chicken breast or just wings.
  • 1/2 flour
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil and 2 or 3 tbsp. butter.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat ove to 425.

Rinse and pat dry chicken.

Melt oil and butter in an oblong pan on top of the stove. Dip chicken in flour and place chicken skin side down, in a single layer in hot oils.

Bake for 30 minutes. Then turn skin side up, bake for another 30 minutes if it's chicken pieces or 15 to 20 minutes more if it chicken breasts.
