Spinach Ring or Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 – 10oz. chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 C Pepperidge farm dressing mix
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach according to directions on package, (drain)
Combine soup with sour cream. Combine dressing mix and butter. Combine all and bake in casserole 30 minutes in 325° oven.
