Turkey Meatballs

  • 1 lb. turkey chop meat
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs



Step 1

Mix all ingredients and shape into approximately 15 meatballs (Moisten hands with warm water when rolling each meatball)

I put foil on a broiler pan, drizzle with olive oil and broil on low for approximately 6 minutes per side

You can also put them in a large frying pan, drizzle with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
