• 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
• 1 orange habanero chile pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped white onion
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup water
