Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 4 c milk
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 2 t parsley
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 t chicken bouillion powder
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 t Old Bay
  • 1/2 lb asparagus

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, melt butter. Add onions and saute, whisk in flour. Mix in milk. Add remaining ingredients except crab and asparagus, until thickened. Add crab meat and asparagus. Cook about 10 to 15 mins. Serve immediately.
