Pork With Oyster Mushrooms

  • 12 ounces pork fillet
  • 1 large red onion
  • 12 ounces oyster Mushrooms
  • 6 ounces cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Step 1

Slice pork, onions and mushrooms into thin strips. Saute pork until just cooked, add onions and mushrooms and fry until cooked through. Season, then add cream, reduce and serve.
