Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c coconut (toasted)
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 c melted, cocolate chips
- 1/4 c cream or milk
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 pkg cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 c heavy cream, whipped
- extra cup of heavy cream for topping
Preparation
Step 1
1 Take toasted coconut and melted butter mix and press into pie dish let cool to set, take melted chocolate mix with the 1/4 c cream stir til smooth spread over chilled coconut let set.
2 Cream cream cheese and sugar add p-nut butter mix till blended fold in whipped cream till fluffy pour over chocolate chill till set bout 1 hour add topping of choice.
