Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 small Onion - chopped
  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Vegetables Provencale
  • Grated Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, except oil, vegetables provencale and cheese. Shape mixture by tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2 inch balls and cook in oil.
In 12 inch skillet, over med heat until light brown on all sides.
Remove from skillet and drain fat from skillet.
Prepare vegetables provencale in 12 inch skillet and top with meat balls.
heat to boiling and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 10-15 mins.
sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

Vegetables Provencale:
1 med. Onion - Sliced
2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1-19 oz can tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano leaves
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
Celery
Fresh Mushrooms
Fresh Broccoli

Mix all ingredients together and use as directed
