Chicken Salsa Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (you can use frozen or thawed breasts)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can of pineapple tidbits
  • 2 TB lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

In a crockpot, place 4 chicken breasts. Cover with 1 cup salsa. Cook on low for 6 hours. (I use frozen breasts). Remove chicken from pot. Let cool. Shred with two forks. Add chicken back to pot. Add additional salsa, can of pineapple tidbits and 2 TB lime juice. Serve over rice or wrapped in warm tortilla.
