Ingredients
- 1 package tortilla shells
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup green peppers
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Chop vegetables fine. Squeeze out water. Spread thin layer of cream cheese on tortillas and 3 tablespoons of vegetables. Spread out. Roll and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
