Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 3/4 cup slivered blanched almonds
- Lemon juice
- Salt-and-pepper to taste

Step 1
Cook chicken in water with celery stalks, onion powder, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Boil slowly for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Cool in juice overnight. Chop chicken and celery. Add all ingredients and mix well.
