Ingredients
- For crust:
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 C chopped nuts
- 1/2 C soft margarine
- Next layer:
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
- 1 C cool whip
- Next layer:
- 2 - 3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 3 C milk
- toasted coconut
- cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
Blend flour, nuts and margarine and press into ungreased 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Cream sugar and cheese. Then fold in cool whip. Spread on crust
Cool pudding and pour over 2nd layer. Top with cool whip and 1/2 tsp. toasted coconut. Refrigerate until ready to use.
