Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- hot red pepper flakes, to taste
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used 5, but they were huge!)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
- 4 oz Parmesan, grated
- 1 (5-oz) package garlic croutons
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle olive oil and garlic together on bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle pepper flakes on top.Place chicken breasts in pan.Top with marinara sauce. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Sprinkle half of mozzarella and parmesan over sauce. Place croutons on top of cheese. Sprinkle other half of cheeses over croutons.Bake at 350 for 30-60 minutes depending on size of chicken breasts.
