Frosty Strawberry Cubes

Ingredients

• 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 c. fresh and crushed strawberries
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
• 1/3 c. mayo or salad dressing (Miracle whip?)
• 1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream softened
• Chopped nuts.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pineapple, strawberries, and sugar. Mix well. Blend cream cheese and mayo. Stir creamy mix into fruit mix. Fold in the softened cream cheese.
Put into 3 cups refrigerator try and freeze firm. Cut into cubes and serve with fruit: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, bananas in chucks--rolled into chopped nuts.
