Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Taste as good as the real thing! My kids love them.

From Weight Watchers many years ago. 5 Points Plus

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsps flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Just mix together and cook.
Top with frozen berries that have been heated instead of syrup.

Makes 3 pancakes or 1 serving.
