Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 cup diced rhubarb
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup butter milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Sift the dry together and set aside.
Beat the remaining except rhubarb and nuts. After mixture is thoroughly blended, stir in the rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 loaf pans.
Mix the brown sugar and butter together, and sprinkle over batter in both pans.
Bake 325° oven for 1 hour.
