Ingredients
- 14 ounces beef broth
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cups arborio rice
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Saute the onion, garlic and mushrooms (last) in the butter, add rice and cook for a few minutes. Combine beef broth and water to make 6 cups and boil. Stir in mushrooms and slowly add broth mixture until all liquid is absorbed. Cook about 20 to 25 minutes.
This recipe yields 5 to 6 servings.
