Ingredients
- 16 oz. can of pumpkin
- 3 cups. sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour the bottom and sides of 2 9x5 loaf pans set aside. In a large bowl blend first 5 ingredients at medium speed for one minute. Add remaining ingredients and blend on low speed until moistend, then beat one minute at medium speed. Pour batter into pans and bake for 60-75 minutes, or until toothpick is clean. Cool 5 minutes, then remove from pans and cool on a rack completly.
Serve with cream cheese spread.
