Ingredients
- 12 oz. cream cheese cubed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 envelope good seasons salad dressing mix
- 1 ready-to-use pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Place cream cheese in large sauce pan. Add broth cook on low heat until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Stir in chicken, vegetables and salad dressing mix.
Spoon into 12 inch pie plate. Cover with pie crust; seal and flute edge. Cut several slits in crust to allow steam to escape. Place pie on baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
