Mexican Style Shredded Pork

Amazing shredded pork recipe that can be served over rice or in tortillas with guacamole, grated cheese, and rice with lime and cilantro

Ingredients
- 1 3lb boneless pork roast cur into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cans diced green chili peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 3 1/4 cups water, divided
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 bottle chipotle sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Put roast, salt, chilie peppers and garlic and 1/4 cup chipotle sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours
Prepare rice with lime juice and mix in cilantro when done
Shred pork and mix in more chipotle sauce if needed -
Either serve over the rice or in a tortilla with ingredients listed in the description - sounds yummy
