Ingredients
- 1 head garlic, roasted
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/8 cup wine or cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all in food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Season with salt & pepper.
To roast garlic: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove excess paper from outside of head without separating cloves. Cut off top enough to expose top of each clove. Roast about 40 minutes or until garlic is very soft.
