Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3.4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs butter and vanilla in a blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased pie pan. let stand 5 minutes, sprinkle with coconut. bake at 350 for 40 min. cool completely before serving. keep in refrigerator.
