Ingredients
- 1 C. plain soy milk
- 1/4 C. cup water
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 5 Tbs. of dry oats
- 3-4 Tbs. sweetened matcha powder (green tea)
Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in blender and grind until the oats are fine. Enjoy!
