Ingredients
- crust:
- Mix:
- 1 1/2 pkg yeast
- 1/4 C water
- 1 t. sugar
- Add to above and let rise:
- 1 3/4 C flour
- 1 C scalded milk
- 1/4 C oil
- Mix into above batter and rise til doubled:
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 3/4 C flour
- Filling:
- Mix and pour on crust:
- 2 C sour cream
- 6 eggs
- 1 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- Top filling with fruit:
- Fruit (peaches, prunes, rhubarb, etc.)
- Topping:
- Mix and sprinkle on top of fruit:
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2 T melted butter
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top of topping.

Step 1
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
