Ingredients

  • crust:
  • Mix:
  • 1 1/2 pkg yeast
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 t. sugar
  • Add to above and let rise:
  • 1 3/4 C flour
  • 1 C scalded milk
  • 1/4 C oil
  • Mix into above batter and rise til doubled:
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 1 3/4 C flour
  • Filling:
  • Mix and pour on crust:
  • 2 C sour cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • Top filling with fruit:
  • Fruit (peaches, prunes, rhubarb, etc.)
  • Topping:
  • Mix and sprinkle on top of fruit:
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 T melted butter
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top of topping.

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
