Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 C sugar
• 2 T cornstarch
• 1 C water
• 3 T strawberry jello
• 1-2 pints strawberries, washed and sliced
• 1 baked pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, cornstarch and water in pan. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in jello. Pour over strawberries and place in pie crust. Top with cool whip if desired.
