Baked Bacon

  • Bacon, as much as you need

Preparation

Step 1

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.

Arrange bacon on pan leaving a little space between slices.

Thin- or regular-cut bacon:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Bake 12-18 minutes, or until desired doneness.

Thick-cut bacon:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Bake 10 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 12-17 minutes.

Drain on paper towels. Eat!
