Chicken-Pretzel w/ Cheddar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salted pretzels
  • 1 T fresh thyme
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T butter
  • canola oil
  • 1 T flour
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 c grated sharp cheddar
  • 1 c extra sharp white cheddar
  • 2 heaping T spicy brown mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Pound chicken. Crush pretzels. Beat eggs with splask of water. Heat oil. Coat Chicken with egg and pretzels - fry. Melt butter, add flour & cook for 1 min. Whisk in milk. Once boiling, stir in cheese & mustard w/ wooden spoun. Season w/ salt & pepper. Serve with save over chicken.
