Chicken, Creamy Bites

Ingredients

• 2 c cooked, finely chopped chicken
• 1 c mayo or miracle whip
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 c finely chopped onions
• salt & pepper to taste
• 2 pkgs small pre-baked pastry shells

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients and place one heaping spoonful inside pastry shell. Place on a cookie sheet and broil in oven for about 5 mins or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley.
