Ingredients
- 5 lbs. chicken breast
- garlic
- butter
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 c dry white wine
- garlic and parsely
- parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Flour pies, then pound thin. Brown in garlic and butter. Place in baking dish. Boil in used fry pan the broth, wine, garlic and parsley. Pour over chicken. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. 30-40 minutes.
