Ingredients
- 8 ripe heirloom tom. cored and quartered
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 t salt
- 1 t celery salt
- 1/2 t peper
- 1/2 t hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place tomatoes in Dutch oven and mash with a potato masher. Cook stirring often till peels have wilted about 20-25 minutes.
Press rtomatoes thrugh fine wire mesh into a bowl. Retirn tomato juice dutch oven and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over med-heat and stir for about 5 minutes. Let cool to room temp and pour into mason jars and chill up to 4 hours. Store up to 5 days.
