Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in biscuit mix and vanilla extract; mix well.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls then roll in sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with fork.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes, or until light golden (do not overbake). Cool in pan. Store, tightly covered, at room temperature.
Note:
For nice variation called Peanut Blossoms, do not flatten balls of dough. Bake as above, remove from oven, and press milk chocolate candy kiss into center of each cookie.
