Ingredients
- 1 can(s) 15 oz of solid pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 2 c self rising flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 1 pkg cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c chopped nuts
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin spice
Preparation
Step 1
1 IN BOWL MIX PUNKIN EGGS OIL VANILLA SET ASIDE.
2 MIX WHITE SUGAR AND FLOUR TOGETHER COMBINE WITH WET POUR IN PAN OF CHOICE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINS.
3 IN BOWL BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND BUTTER TILL FLUFFY. ADD POWDERED SUGAR MIX TILL SMOOTH. ADD 1 TLBS OF CINNAMON JUST FOR A KICK.
4 SPREAD OVER COOLED BROWNIES SPRINKLE WITH NUTS AND SERVE.
