  • 2 cup water
  • 1 14 ounce can chicken broth
  • 1 7.25 ounce package organic mac & cheese mix
  • 1 14.75 ounce can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham (5 ounces)
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

Preparation

Step 1

1-In a large saucepan combine the water and broth. Bring to boiling. Gradually add macaroni; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 7-8 minutes or until pasta is tender. Do not drain.

2-Stir in contents of the cheese packet, corn, ham, milk and if desired peas into broth mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
