Ingredients

  • Pasta – Anchovies and capers
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive or salad oil in pan
  • Add 2-3 green onions
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • oven dried (roasted) olives (nice flavour)
  • 1/3 cup anchovie fillets
  • ¼ cup capers
  • 1/3 cup basil or 1 tsp. Ground basil
  • Add 1 large can tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper to taste
  • Add cooked pasta (small tubes are good) to sauce and simmer 1 min. (c cup tubes for 4 people)
  • ½ of quantity using l small can sauce works for 2 people.
