Ingredients
- Pasta – Anchovies and capers
- 2 Tbsp. Olive or salad oil in pan
- Add 2-3 green onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- oven dried (roasted) olives (nice flavour)
- 1/3 cup anchovie fillets
- ¼ cup capers
- 1/3 cup basil or 1 tsp. Ground basil
- Add 1 large can tomato sauce
- ¼ tsp. Pepper to taste
- Add cooked pasta (small tubes are good) to sauce and simmer 1 min. (c cup tubes for 4 people)
- ½ of quantity using l small can sauce works for 2 people.
