Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz) plain bean dip
- 1 bunch green onions
- 3 medium tomtoes, cored, drained and chopped
- 1 8-oz pkg sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 3-1/2 oz cans chopped ripe olives
Preparation
Step 1
Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
To assemble spread bean dip on a large shallow plate. Spread avocado mix over bean dip. Spread sour cream mixture over avocado.
Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with shredded cheese.
Chill until ready to serve.
Use a spring form pan to assemble in. Helps hold the shape better.
