Joni's Reuben Dip

A great sandwich filling too:)

Ingredients

• 3 3oz pkgs. corned beef, chopped
• 16 oz can sauerkraut, drained
• 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Thousand Island dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Layer ingredients in a quiche dish and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Serve with party rye slices or pumpernickle
