Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cauliflower florets
  • 2 lbs. green beans
  • 2 lbs. each Red and green peppers
  • 2 cans button mushrooms
  • 4 10 oz. jars chilli sauce
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 16 oz. jar pickled white onions
  • 1 16 oz. jars sweet relish
  • 6 10 oz. cans Italian style Tuna, packed in olive oil
  • 4 1 ounce anchovy filets
  • 2 16 oz. cans pitted black olives
  • 2 12 oz. cans pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 2 Tbsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all but last 5 ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil

In a seperate container mix all remaing 5 ingredients and add to the boiling mixture

Bring to a boil again.

Pack in jars, seal and process for 20 minutes
