Slow cooker sweet and sour pork

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pds pork loin cut in 1 inch chunks
- 8 oz can pineapple chunks undrained
- 1 med green pepper chopped
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 3 T soy sauce
- 3 T water
- 2 T cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
combine pork, pineapple, pepper, brown sugar, ginger, vinegar and soy sauce in slow cooker
cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours
combine cornstarch and water and stir in last 5 mins to thicken
