Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oline oil
- 4 Cloves garlic
- 10 oz. can Plum tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/3 cup Fresh Parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan.
Add garlic & cook until golden brown.
Add broth from the clams, simmer for 5 min.
Remove garlic, add clams, simmer for another 5 min.
Add tomatoes. salt and pepper, simmer sauce for 30-40 min.
Cover cooked Liguine with the sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley
