Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash ( about 5 lb), peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. half-and-half
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tea. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. dried thyme
- 1/8 tea. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place squash in large saucepan and cover with water. bring to a boil. reduce the heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Mash squash with the remaining ingredients.
Yield; 10 servings
