Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Line two cookie sheets with parchment
Toss pumpkin seeds, almonds, and sunflower seeds with maple syrup until well coated.
Spread out in even layer.
Bake, stirring several times, until just goldem, about 20 minutes.
Cool nuts, then add cranberries
