Hoisin Grilled Sirloin

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound beef top sirloin, trimmed

Preheat grill to MEDIUM-HIGH. In a small bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients (hoisin sauce through crushed red pepper flakes); blend well. Sprinkle salt over beef; grill for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until it reaches desired level of doneness. Let beef stand for 5 minutes then brush both sides with hoisin mixture; slice thinly across the grain (diagonally).
SERVING SUGGESTION: Brown rice and stir-fried zucchini, yellow squash and snow peas.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure hoisin sauce and apricot preserves are gluten free.
