Ingredients
- 4 1/2-pound tuna steaks
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 8 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 T minced ginger
- 2 t pepper
- Wasabi
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1 T wasabi
- 1 T lime juice
- salt & pepper
- 2 - 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Step 1
Place tuna in bag. Marinate at least 15 minutes, or up to 4 hours. Cook 2 minutes per side
