Broccoli al Frascati

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 lbs broccoli, cut into spears
  • 1 cup frascati wine
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • zest of 1 orange

Preparation

Step 1

In a 10-12" pan, heat oil and garlic until sizzling. Add brocoli and cook, stiring frequently and gradually adding wine to keep garlic from burning, until stalks are tender (8-10 mins).

Add chili and zests and serve.
