Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 cups shredded Cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
  • 16 large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp. crushed Red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp. sliced Onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil in a skillet aver high heat.

Add Cabbage and 4 Tbsp. Water stir-fry for about 1 Min. Remove from heat and place on a serving platter

Heat remaining oil in the skillet over high heat. Place Garlic and Shrimp in the skillet and stir until the Garlic is slightly brown and the Shrimp pink

Add pepper, onion, soy sauce and remaining water to the skillet. Stir-fry for 10 Sec.

Pour hot mixture ove the Cabbage and serve
