Ingredients
- 1/2 cup H2O
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 or 6 boneless 1/2 chicken breast
Preparation
Step 1
1.) In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken, stir to dissolve sugar
2.) Place chicken & marindade
3.) Grill, broil, or pan-fry chicken until cooked as desired.
4.) Discard any uncooked marinade.
